• Every genuine victim-challenger and researcher should read and grasp the implications that arise out of the stipulation created by judicial chair occupants, as recorded in their 'Courts Bible'. No one should overlook the simple fact that the stipulation is not part of any Statutory Law and that it simply represents a self-appointed RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO JUSTICE TO THE CITIZENS, while assuring freedom to all public servants to indulge as they please.
• What has been and remains most offensive is the fact that politicians, the citizens' representatives in government, and the media have been promoting alleged rights for judicial chair occupants to ACT INDEPENDENTLY OF THE RESTRAINTS OF LAW, WHICH IS NOT WHAT they are all promoting, namely, *the judges should be free of any interference by third parties in the execution of their 'judicial duties'. The sad realities are recognised through diligent reference to the 'self created illegal facility'. The fact remains that the judges are acting in contempt of the law as it transpires when one reads the succinct stipulation. (*F3)
• Each and every victim, reader, researcher should then acquaint themselves with THE REALITIES WE POINT TO & EXPOSE IN THE EXCLUSIVE PAGE, where blunt and arrogant constructive frauds on the taxpayers, through abuse of the courts facilities, are covered in very clear terms. (*F2)

• Many the 'victims' who were sent along, or got to know of the work in our pages. Many came along seeking assistance when faced with the usual activities and practices in the courts. All were pointed to the succinctly covered arrogant arrangement by the judges for denial of rights to justice and the organised constructive frauds on the taxpayers. • Also many the alleged challengers who contacted us while promoting themselves as legal gurus and experts who were/are challenging the illegal activities they got to know of (and experienced as victims), all complaining of and about the practices / activities to their Members of Parliament and to the media. One and all simply asserted that their complaints / reports were not acted upon, properly, by everyone they contacted. (*F4)
• Every one was pointed to the explicit words of John Swainton and why the creation / need for the Community on Line [*Link to page covering the aims]. All were informed of the simple fact that, in 1995, the leader of the opposition, the Rt. Hon. Tony Blair and the Spokes Person for the Opposition on Legal Affairs, both legal professionals, did acknowledge the issue of FRAUD IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM, following submissions to the leader of the opposition by the founder of human-rights, Mr. Andrew Yiannides. • With the exception of only one person, from the above groups, all others elected to ignore the proof pointing to the foundations of it all and to the fact that the activities are covered by law. All ignored the simple fact that the activities, as indulged at and from within the courts do constitute indictable offences. (*F6)
• Many the victims who, as ALLEGED LEGAL GURUS & ALLEGED EXPERTS AT CHALLENGING & EXPOSING the abusers, expressed personal opinions with nothing in support when blaming the brotherhood of Freemasons as the architects and organisers of 'the their tribulations'. None ever produced any evidence in support of their views and opinions. (*F7)
• Three of the alleged experts who fall in the above category of 'persons with explicit views, opinions and special knowledge' persisted and expected of Mr. A. Yiannides to act as they were doing and carry on. The most vociferous and active in that area, one James Todd of VOMIT repute; a highly strung producer of weekly newsletters that simply passed / pass on information about victims who were pointed to him and speak of their complaints. Another two, Mr Paul Talbot-Jenkins and Mr Maurice Kellett, as with James Todd, were informed that their views constituted personal opinions and that they were not supporting their 'conclusions' with any sound evidence. • The two joined the human-rights.org Community on Line and BOTH FAILED TO CO-OPERATE in the area of STATING THE FACTS & SUPPORTING THEIR STATEMENTS WITH EVIDENCE IN THEIR PERSONAL WEB-SITES. Both, also, failed to create bookmarks / anchor points to which others could link from their web-sites; among the others, members of the Community on Line. Both failed to co-operate in specific areas that were within their grasp and capabilities, more specifically within the activities they had been subjected to in / by the courts and the legal circles. BOTH SIMPLY ACTED AS RECKLESS & WILFUL OBSTRUCTERS to THE AIMS  COVERED IN THE EXPLICIT page they accessed, had read and approved of its content as 'pledged members of the Community on Line'. (*F8)
• Both of the above named 'victims of the criminal activities systematically imposed, through the courts', simply exposed themselves as  LOVERS OF THE SYSTEM AS IS and as persons who simply engaged in the most obvious and blunt of promotions. Their activities simply amounts to SUBLIMINAL INDOCTRINATION OF 'THE SERFS' who were/are taken in by them both. The third person who set about demanding of Mr. A Yiannides to join in, with the two and such others as the three were engaging in the 'promotion of allegations without proof or evidence of any kind', was / is Mr James Todd of VOMIT repute. • The above named three and one Mrs. Helen Patey, who was sent along by Mr James Todd and more than likely a neighbour of Mr. Talbot-Jenkins, received copy of the image we publish in this page. All four were pointed to explicit material published on the Internet, at other web-sites. There THE CONNECTION TO THE ROOTS OF ALL EVIL is exposed and pointed to, through diligent use of and references to the most vile of works ever to have been presented to mankind, humans, 'the sons of men'. ALL FOUR WERE TOLD TO USE THE EVIDENCE THEY WERE POINTED TO, if they were to be treated as genuine 'victim-challengers' and not as lovers of the system as is. (*10)
• All IGNORED THE SIMPLE FACT that our conclusions and submissions, to them, rested and were covered by law. They failed to recognise that they were exposing themselves as persons who were / are acting in contempt of the law and their obligations to other citizens, the taxpayers, who are kept in the dark by the media, as covered in our pages. • Mr Yiannides informed two 'subliminal indoctrination operatives', about the assertions from the 2 authors, both admittedly Free Masons. The two, who were informed : Mr Maurice Kellet & Mr Paul Talbot-Jenkins. Both had joined the human-rights org Community on Line, allegedly because they subscribed to 'Our Aims' yet both failed to co-operate in any way, unlike those whom they were / are accusing as a body corporate, for just about every wrong they could and can think of, as they go along. • Most definitely it was not a case of seeking self-promotion or acting out of spite and we are publishing evidence that both had been offered full co-operation in respect of the issues that could go a long way in establishing 'the truth of the matter' and the roots of all evil imposed on mankind for over 2300 years, as the founder of human-rights.org Mr Andrew Yiannides recognised from a young age and had been researching through *references to known and accepted, as gospel truth published and promoted material*. • Both alleged experts on the subject failed to ever publish in their free of any charges human-rights.org web-sites & other web-pages they publish(ed) on the Internet any evidence in support of their opinions. Thwe latter, however, did publish some evidence and logical arguments in support of his views. The views of Mr P Talbot-Jenkins included his submissions to the Synod of the Church of England, wherein he raised the question, "Is Fremasonry Compatible With Christianity?" thereby pointing to the fcat that he either never read the well researched and presneted work of Stephen Knight OR that he was dispensing with dust in your eyes to the serfs he, himself was and has been targeting as an accomplished maintenance engineer and lover of the facilities for fraud through the courts.
• Neither was publishing anything of substance in support of their opinions and both exc excelled in SUBLIMINAL INDOCTRINATION WAFFLE, just like Mr James Todd of VOMIT repute & many others of similar ilk, all empty tins simply making loud noises.
• We expose the king of the subliminal indoctrination ploys, Mr James Todd, who rushed in to intimidate us by jumping on the bandwagon when a firm of solicitors threatened, Mr Andrew Yiannides. The solicitors used material which the alleged Free Mason basher, Mr. Paul Talbot-Jenkins published at his Community on Line web-site for the foundation of their threats to Mr Andrew Yiannides.
